• Task: Construct a 9/11 monument, install turf pavers, D G walkway with steps, create a concrete landing, put in surrounding landscape, and fabricate/powder coat railing.
• Reason: To commemorate 9/11 and to upgrade surrounding landscape.
• Process: JJ Leon self performed the fabrication and installation of the monument. Installed the turf pavers, railings, concrete landing, D. G. walkway with steps down the grade. Attached to top the monument after it was built, the NPGS installed a piece of steel from the wreckage of 9/11’s twin towers.
